Large Gas Cylinders for Scrubber Systems

Many of our customers have had issues with the current supply of calibration gases for scrubber gas detection systems. They are expensive, follow many different standards, and have a long delivery time. Martin Bruusgaard AS is attempting to solve this by standardizing all cylinders, valves and regulators. The result is the 65ALR aluminium cylinder.

We are now offering a standardized solution that enables us to distribute world wide via Air freight or Fed-Ex.  Carefully planning the supply we are able to meet the vessel in the most common ports.

65ALR Cylinder Contain 850 litres

Mixture:

• 160ppm SO2, 8% CO2 in N2
• 200ppm SO2, 8% CO2 in N2
• 40 ppm SO2, 8% CO2 in N2
• Custom mixture

All with 24 month shelf life and CGA 660 valve / connection

Regulator

Regulator: R21 single stage St/Stl

R21 regulators are supplied with 1/4” NPT Female inlet and outlet fittings

Outlet pressure must be specified:

Single-stage stainless steel, outlet pressure 100 psi / 7 bar

Single-stage stainless steel, outlet pressure 50psi / 3.5 bar

Delivery time

Normally one week worldwide (ask for delivery time during the COVID-19 situation).

For custom mixture, you may experience longer delivery time.
